1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Volunect you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Who can use Volunect

You must be at least 16 years old to use Volunect. NGOs must represent a legally registered organization. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information you provide.

3. Roles and responsibilities

Volunteers are responsible for showing up to events they have confirmed, or canceling in a timely manner.

NGOs are responsible for accurate event information, safe conditions for volunteers, and appropriate data handling.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Volunect to post false information, harass other users, or engage in any activity that is illegal under applicable law.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the Netherlands.
